01 Introduction (소개)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MetaCord Bot (“the Bot”), operated by MetaCord Studio (“we”, “our”, “us”). By adding or using the Bot in your Discord server, you agree to these Terms.

  • Utility and convenience systems to improve community experience

03 Eligibility (이용 자격)

You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Server administrators are responsible for ensuring their members use MetaCord Bot lawfully.

04 Acceptable Use (허용 범위)

You agree not to misuse the Bot, including but not limited to:

  • Using the Bot for illegal or malicious purposes
  • Attempting to exploit, overload, or disrupt MetaCord Bot services
  • Collecting personal information through the Bot without consent
  • Circumventing restrictions or abusing premium/limited features

05 Data & Privacy (데이터 및 개인정보)

  • MetaCord Bot may temporarily store data (such as user commands, chat history, or server configurations) for functionality.
  • We do not sell or misuse user data.
  • For AI chatbot features, data may be processed through third-party AI services.

  • We reserve the right to update, suspend, or terminate any feature at any time.

MetaCord Studio is not liable for:

  • Damages resulting from misuse of MetaCord Bot
  • Loss of data or server configurations caused by Bot use
  • Disruptions or downtime related to Discord or third-party platforms

We may suspend or terminate access to MetaCord Bot for violations of these Terms. Server administrators may remove the Bot at any time.

09 Changes to the Terms (약관 변경)
